Chrome hides new extensions in the puzzle-piece menu at the top right. Click the puzzle piece, then the pin next to NeatCells. You can also press Alt+Shift+E, or right-click the page and choose "Get data from this page with NeatCells".

Chrome keeps its own pages, such as Settings, the New Tab page and the Chrome Web Store, closed to every extension. Open the website with your data and click the icon there.

Click Select on the page, then click one item of the list you want: NeatCells finds every item like it. Use Bigger items or Smaller items if it picked a part of each item, or the whole page section. If you know CSS, Use a CSS selector names the items exactly.

If the page loads more items as you scroll, click Scroll to load more. If the list continues on a next page, click Collect next pages: NeatCells opens them one by one and adds their rows. Items hidden behind tabs or "Show more" buttons appear once the page shows them.

Click a column's name to rename it, use × to remove it and ‹ › to move it. To add a column, click Add column, then a value inside one of the highlighted items.

NeatCells turns text such as "4.6 out of 5 stars" or "₹1,23,456" into numbers. If you want a column exactly as the page shows it, click the type chip under its name (Number, Currency, Date…) to keep the original text.

Use Download Excel for Excel: numbers, dates and links arrive ready. For CSV, Settings has the separator: semicolon suits countries that write decimals with a comma. To open a CSV in Excel without surprises, use Data › From Text/CSV.

NeatCells stops when a site asks you to prove you are human, asks you to sign in, refuses the request or says there were too many requests. It never tries to get around that, and the rows so far are kept. Open the page yourself, then try again later. If Chrome needs your OK to read the next page, click Allow and continue.

Copy the key again from your email from Dodo Payments, without spaces around it. If the key is used on as many computers as it allows, open Settings on another computer and click "Remove from this computer" first. When a subscription ends, Pro turns off; your data stays.
