How buying works
- Pick a plan above. Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: they take the payment, send the receipt and handle sales tax, VAT and GST.
- Your license key arrives by email.
- In NeatCells, open Settings, click "Already bought? Enter your license key", paste the key and click Activate.
Not happy? Every payment can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
The free version is the trial: no row limit on the page you are on, and every feature except those in the Pro column. Pro comes with a 14-day refund.
How do I get Pro after paying?
Your license key arrives by email. In NeatCells, open Settings, click "Already bought? Enter your license key", paste it and click Activate.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
Yes, on a few of your own computers; your purchase email says how many. To move Pro to another computer, click "Remove from this computer" in Settings first.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The Pro features turn off and everything else keeps working. Nothing you collected is locked or deleted, and saved recipes stay.
Does Pro work offline?
Pro checks your license once a day. Without a connection it keeps working for 7 days.
Which currency and taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout, and your bank converts the currency.
